PRAXI Valuations Hosts 2021 Virtual Spring Summit

On Tuesday, April 27, we went virtual once again for our 2021 Spring Summit, but this time our audience included valued clients and associates as well.

In addition to our European members representing 11 countries, non-members were invited to attend our keynote presentation “RE_Think Hotel Design” by Marina Baracs, Director Europe of LTW Designworks. Marina shared a fresh perspective about the hotel industry based on her 20+ years of experience working on some of the world’s most luxurious hotel projects. We glimpsed into the fascinating world of luxury hotel design, and heard how hotel development design is being impacted by the pandemic, and positioning itself for the future.

The second half of the summit was dedicated to “Sector Trends” led by Dudley Holme-Turner (Carter Jonas, UK), and “Technology Trends” led by Ioannis Orfanos (Arbitrage RE Advisors, Greece). Luis Martin Guirado (Gesvalt, Spain) also shared valuable insight with members on client relationship management.

“This was a very special summit,” said Maurizio Negri, Network Director, “we were able to extend a fresh perspective beyond our member community while preserving a valuable moment for members-only to exchange ideas and views. We hope to see each other in person soon.”
