PRAXI Valuations Hosts 2023 Autumn Summit

Rome, Italy – November 9, 2023 – Members from around Europe gathered in Rome for our Autumn in-person meeting. We took the opportunity to mingle, welcome a number of new members, and enjoy an interesting mix of business and pleasure.

We kicked off with a visit to the real estate refurbishment project, Maxima. Experts from Cromwell Property Group and IT’S Vision, the brilliant minds behind the development, walked us through the concept and design phase of this fascinating construction site, which also houses ancient Roman ruins. Our newest members introduced themselves, and we were able to dedicate ample time to networking sessions.

Our second day together featured two of our Young Leaders, from Carter Jonas and Dr. Gleser & Dalhoefer, who help carry the network for future generations. A strategic recap by our International Development Manager, Patricia LeMarechal, energized everyone around the network’s long-term vision.

Luca Beltramino, Chief Datacenter Officer at Rai Way, concluded with a brilliant take on data centers and why they should be on investors’ radar.

“Our presence together demonstrated once again our commitment to fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional development within the industry,” shared our Network Director, Maurizio Negri. “Our members left with new insights, valuable connections, and a renewed sense of enthusiasm for the future of our network.”
