The summit kicked off in Frankfurt’s New Old Town, a vibrant district that beautifully blends heritage architecture with modern urban development, a fitting setting for real estate professionals passionate about the future of cities.
Our summit opened with a warm welcome from Sven Carstensen, CEO of our German member firm, bulwiengesa, who graciously hosted us in Frankfurt. We then introduced our newest member Arturs Zuromskis, covering the Baltics
Robin Cunningham set an energetic tone with an incisive discussion on shifting market dynamics and the impact of ECB policy, while Chris Grzesik explored pressing topics in the sector, offering clarity amid market uncertainty.
Day 2 continued with further market insights, reflecting both cautious optimism and pragmatic realism from our member firms. The summit concluded with an engaging case study by Simone Panzenbeck, exploring how AI is poised to transform the future of real estate valuations.
