Killian O’Higgins, Registered Valuer and Chartered Surveyor at WKN, with over 45 years’ experience across the real estate, development and construction industries in Ireland, UK, Continental Europe, Middle East, USA and Asia Pacific.
Killian started his career at Lisney in Ireland, later became Managing Director of DTZ Sherry FitzGerald, and held various senior roles at DTZ internationally.
Killian has also served as a Founding Academician at the Academy of Urbanism in London and contributed to Dublin’s task force on vacant land. Appointed to the Valuation Tribunal in December 2022.
Killian has spent the last ten years at WKN, including five as Managing Director.
