Fergus Keogh, Registered Valuer and Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years’ market experience working in professional services across all sectors of the property market including residential, commercial and advisory.
Fergus’s career beganin valuation at leading Dublin practices, progressing to senior roles such as Director of Investment Property at Treasury Holdings Ireland, managing a €1bn portfolio, and Director of Real Estate Advisory at Ulster Bank Ireland, focusing on property valuation and strategy.
Currently at WKN for six years, Fergus works with a strong team providing valuation and professional services across residential, commercial and mixed-use assets for a variety of national and international clients. His work includes development appraisal, financial appraisal, sensitivity testing, reviewing of cost/capital budgets, planning, and compliance.
