Grzegorz Chmielak has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector.
In 2022 he joined AXI IMMO as a Head of Capital Markets and also as a Valuation & Advisory Chief Executive Officer. Before that, for 11 years, he worked for Knight Frank where he was responsible for property valuation and advisory in Poland, and CEE, and held the position of Managing Partner.
His many responsibilities included managing valuations, building relationships with the firm’s clients, and business development in commercial real estate. His clients in property valuation and consultancy included listed companies, and fund investment managers such as Ghelmaco, Globalworth, Aroundtown SA, Cavatina, Uniqua, Cromwell, Hillwood, Panattoni, HINES, Accolade, and many other developers and investors and financial institutions and banks. In his work with banking institutions, he has drawn on his previous experience working in the financial sector.
He is a member of the RICS and holds a Valuer’s Licence No. 3064 and a CIS HypZert (MLV) certificate.
Grzegorz is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and postgraduate studies at Sheffield Hallam University and he holds an MBA from National Louis University – Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu in Nowy Sącz.
