Dipl.-Ing. Marcus Badmann FRICS has been Head of Valuation at bulwiengesa ap-praisal GmbH in Frankfurt am Main since May 1, 2016.
He is an ISO/IEC 17024 certified real estate appraiser for financial purposes HypZert F, a publicly appointed and sworn expert for real estate valuation by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Frankfurt am Main, Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and has more than 25 years of professional experience in real estate valuation, which he has gained at owner-managed appraisal offices, a bank and international real estate consulting firms.
Mr. Badmann is an honorary member of the audit committees of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and HypZert GmbH and a member of the Market Valuation Competence Group of the gif Gesellschaft für Immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung e. V. (Society for Real Estate Research).
