Dipl. Kfm. Sven Carstensen MRICS is a member of the Management Board of bulwiengesa AG. He is responsible for carrying out analyses and consulting services in the residential and commercial markets.
He has also been Managing Director of bulwiengesa appraisal GmbH since 2014. He has worked in the real estate industry since 1995 and has been with bulwiengesa since 2005. His previous positions include Bavaria Objekt- und Baubetreuung and DIBAG Industriebau. His qualifications include a degree in real estate management and real estate economics (EBS).
He is an ISO/IEC 17024 certified real estate appraiser for financial purposes HypZert F and a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
